Collection: Wire animals

The use of metallic thread for decorative purposes is widespread in South Africa and is the industrial consequence of weaving with cotton or rush.

We chose Professional Wireworks because it is the best reality to combine artistic sense with manual ability with wire. It produces moving figures, animated and full of life, with details that are difficult to execute: almost three-dimensional photographs. Austere and "parlor" like white or black prancing horses; joyful like little red or blue elephants.
