Refund policy
π Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Cape Best protects consumer rights according to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, even without providing reasons, within 14 days from the receipt of the product.
π¬ How to exercise the right of withdrawal
You can communicate your withdrawal explicitly within 14 days of delivery by sending a notice via:

The communication must include:

π¦ Return procedure
You must return the products within 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal, to the following address:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is responsible for proper packaging to avoid damage during transportation.

VPG Value Performance Group s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse damaged or altered goods.
π· Wine returns
In compliance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, Cape Best will evaluate on a case-by-case basis any requests to return wine bottles, only if unopened, intact and properly stored.
Returns are not accepted for bottles that are opened, damaged or improperly stored after delivery.
π° Refund
Once the withdrawal notice is received and the product returned, Cape Best will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding delivery costs, within 30 days.
βοΈExclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

purchases of sealed products opened by the customer

goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deterioration or rapid alteration
π International Customers (EU and non-EU)
Cape Best complies with European regulations for cross-border sales within the EU.
For customers outside the European Union, the right of withdrawal and return conditions may vary depending on local laws.
In any case, return requests will be evaluated individually. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and international charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
