Shipping in Italy (including islands)
Free shipping for orders of €49 or more.
For orders under €49, the shipping cost is €6.90.
You will receive your order within 1–5 working days from order or payment confirmation.
As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking link.
We ship with reliable couriers: UPS, SDA, TNT, BRT, GLS.
Shipping to the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom
The rates indicated refer to transport costs.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom, any import VAT or local import taxes, customs duties, customs clearance fees, courier administrative fees or other charges required by local authorities and/or by the carrier are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost, unless expressly stated otherwise.
We ship orders to non-EU countries under DAP — Delivered At Place — terms, unless expressly stated otherwise. Therefore, such costs, where applicable, are the Customer’s responsibility and may be requested upon delivery or subsequently by the courier, postal operator or competent authorities.
Zone 1 - European Union
Rate €12.85: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
Zone 2 - European Union and Switzerland
Rate €19.90: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Switzerland.
Zone 3 - European Union and United Kingdom
Rate €30.00: Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Malta, United Kingdom.
Delivery times: for all Zones, 2–10 working days from order or payment confirmation.

ℹ️ Important information for all shipments
The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Any additional costs resulting from address errors, absence of the recipient, failure to collect the parcel or storage shall be borne by the Customer.
For shipments to non-EU countries, any import VAT or local import taxes, customs duties, customs clearance fees, courier administrative fees or other costs required by the authorities of the destination country and/or by the carrier shall be borne by the Customer. These amounts are not included in the shipping rates indicated on the website or in the product price, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Refusal to pay such charges or failure to complete customs procedures may result in delays, storage, return to sender or additional costs. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund the costs incurred for shipping, storage, return of the goods, customs charges or other related costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To ensure maximum safety during transport, all orders are packed with high-quality protective materials. In particular, for wine shipments in packs of 3 bottles or multiples thereof, we use approved Nakpack boxes, specifically designed to preserve the integrity of the bottles.
