ℹ️ Important information for all shipments

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, the recipient’s absence, failure to collect the parcel or storage of an undelivered parcel will be borne by the customer.

For shipments to countries outside the EU, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom, any import VAT or local taxes, customs duties, customs clearance fees, courier administration fees or other charges imposed by the authorities in the destination country and/or the carrier are not included in the product price or shipping rate and are payable by the customer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we ship orders to countries outside the EU under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Accordingly, if applicable, these charges are payable by the customer and may be collected by the courier, postal operator or competent authorities upon delivery or afterwards.

Refusal to pay these charges or failure to complete customs procedures may result in delays, storage, return of the goods to the sender or additional costs. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund the costs we have incurred for shipping, storage, return of the goods, customs charges or related expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We select our carriers for safe and reliable delivery. We ship with UPS, SDA, TNT FedEx, BRT DPD and GLS.

All orders are packed with high-quality protective materials to keep them safe during transit. In particular, for wine shipments containing three bottles or multiples of three, we use approved boxes specifically designed to protect the bottles.

We ship our unique, artistic handmade wooden frames and South African wines throughout Italy with care and attention.

🏙️ Milan and the surrounding province

For orders delivered to Milan and the surrounding province, Cape Best may, at its discretion and subject to availability, arrange delivery through a local last-mile courier using retail-style packaging instead of standard shipping packaging. This service is not guaranteed and does not need to be requested by the customer.
