The winery primarily works with dryland vineyards, which are not irrigated, cultivated on predominantly decomposed granite soils, resulting in limited yields and naturally concentrated grapes. This approach gives rise to intense, fresh, and distinctive South African wines, capable of combining structure, minerality, and aromatic precision.
