IN SHORT
📍 Paarl · 100% Chenin Blanc
Structured, fresh, and oak-aged white wine
From 40-year-old dryland vineyards
Why we like it
A richer, more gastronomic South African Chenin Blanc, where French oak adds depth without erasing freshness and natural acidity.
Wine Profile
Citrus, pear, peach, and pineapple, with an elegant touch of wood. On the palate, it is fresh, with tropical fruit, lychee, vanilla, and a crisp finish.
Food Pairing
Ideal with seafood, fragrant chicken curry, and rich cheeses.
Serving
Serve cool but not too cold, ideally at 10–12°C. Potential for evolution up to 8 years.

In the cellar
Grapes are destemmed after two hours of skin contact. Only clear free-run juice was extracted. The wine remained on its lees until bottling, without bâtonnage and without malolactic fermentation, to preserve its natural acidity. Matured for 11 months in French barriques: 85% second/third passage and 15% new.
