Shiraz with an aromatic, delicate and refined character, with hints of spice, black and white pepper, intense dark chocolate on aromas of red berries nuanced with subtle floral hints (violets and dried fynbos). Shiraz generously structured and rightly tannic, which promises further integration and complexity with further aging in the cellar for up to 10 years.

In the vineyard

The grapes for this Shiraz are hand-picked from two blocks of high-altitude vineyards that individually produce 4 - 8 tons per hectare. The vines grow on well-drained granite soils. Harvest is done by hand in mid-season at perfect ripeness.

In the cellar

The selection of bunches takes place in the cellar before pressing and fermentation. Fermentation takes place before delicate soft pressing in a vertical press.
After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barrels for a period of 14 months.
