Unoaked Chardonnay - Jordan

Varietal: 100% Chardonnay. Vegan wine.
The Kloof area of Stellenbosch enjoys the cooling breezes of False Bay, especially on the south and east facing slopes. This allows the intensity of flavors present in the grape skins to be fully captured.
Inspired by Chablis styles, where Chardonnay can express its true character.
A unique “unoaked", whose distinctiveness comes in part from prolonged contact with the lees. Freshly grated lemon zest and wild citrus on the palate, finishing with apricot puree and lime sorbet.
Pairings: Tapas and fish dishes, vegetarian dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
