In the vineyard
In the vineyard
Grapes selected from the best Boschendal vineyards and picked before dawn, at ideal sugar levels to preserve freshness in the base wines for Méthode Cap Classique. Pinotage is used to complete the elegant structure of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
In the cellar
In the cellar
Careful selection of the grapes arriving at the winery. After a brief contact with the skins, the must from the red grapes is blended with 27% Chardonnay. The base wine is bottled with a crown cap for the second fermentation, after which it matures for 12 months on the lees.
